Google Adsense is still the #1 revenue sharing network that many bloggers have been monetizing with. Many tutorials are provided either by Google Adsense Team or Adsense experts. However, tutorials from Google from time to time have been changed due to the advertiser’s feedback and maybe the previous tips could sometimes not be working now. Therefore, my advice is that you should read Adsense Blog everyday or subscribed to its Feed to get the latest updates.

Many updates and tutorials are sometimes not officially announced on the blog but you can still track them through Adsense Help section whereGoogle Adsense Team representative usually answers publishers’ concerns and questions to have best strategy for your blog. This can help your adsense account have good standing and avoid any unexpected account termination.

I have got several messages and comment from friends asking about how to boost their adsense earnings? I must say that it depends on your innovative and your mind. That does not mean you cheat Google to increase adsense click and impression as I am pretty sure that Google system and staff can easily track your account activity for timely actions. You should be smart in placingyour adsense ads and use what Google has provided you within your account. It is legal and in compliance with Google Adsense policies and TOS.

Today, I would like to share with you a very simple tip that is available in your adsense account but many of you have not been aware of. This tutorials have helped a lot of publishers to boost their adsense revenue. The rest depends on your traffic and contents and the way you promote your blog.

The tip I would like to share is to switch from single color palette of your adsense content ad unit to mutiple palettes. That means your adsense ad unit will automatically change its color for every time you open or refresh your blog. The palette can be changed or customized.

Here is the details for your implementation:

Step 1: Login in your Adsense account.

Step 2: Select tab Adsense setup then select Adsense for Content, click on Ad Unit and Text Ad only adsense this tutortial only applies to text ad unit.

Step 3: Select Ad format, e.g 300×250px. Then, select colour, you should check the box Default Google Palette, there will be a window to be opened:

You select Use Multiple Palettes, there will be more options for you; keep Ctrl button and select colors of your interest. Previews will be shown up on the left hand.

Step 4: Click on Continue to choose which blog URL that you would like to place this ads on. You should select Channel to see how effective this ads can be.

Step 5: Copy code and paste on your blog. That is all!

Now, you can see how this tutorial can be seen on your blog and each time you refresh the blog, a new color palette will be switched within your selection. This tutorial will make new appearance to your both old and new readers and I am sure that your CTR will increase accordingly.

The reason that you have got very low CTR in the past is that your readers are returning ones and they know clearly that clicking on the adsense ads will generate revenue for you, not for them. This tutorial can also help you improve this. However, you should combine this with other tutorials like ads placement and ad size.

Good luck and hope to hear your ideas on this tutorials.
