    The best way to get backlinks is not to use Blackhat methods. It doesn't last for too long and you'll be in mess when it stops working for you.

    If Comment rule is nofollow this method will not work. I personally don't like to approve comment with unusual link and have set to count comment as spam if it contains more than one link.

    Admin of the website decides if to publish such comment or not - defenitely he won't just leave it do follow.
