Wow. I really think DigitalPoint has changed I was inactive for a long time and I come back, and I'm speechless (Ok not really since I'm typing this). I'm actually almost hoping I get slapped by a moderator for this post because looking at all the sections and the offers. I know people used to get banned/suspended whatever for half the stuff posted in certain areas. I'd report most of it but tbh I really don't want to. It's not my job. On to times have changed again. I hardly see any of the people who used to post here . I know everyone probably got a permanent job elsewhere. Oh well. I have a job too but I still get on time to time. Then I occasionally see threads here and on other forums about moderators suddenly dissappearing from DP or members just leaving before they get banned. I miss old DP *cries* Anyone else?
Well the old DP was great, until it got huge and well, scammers were attracted and all the new rules were implemented to help prevent the scamming as well as the spamming. Not really much you can say, just have to come to grips with the new changes, new members, etc and get on with it
I see no big changes just to many spam threads / idiot threads (PR threads / How to make money threads you got the idea right)
I dont know anything about the old DP because I am just 2 months old in this forum. But I have entered in new DP as what you guys say, I am a new species who is just like mutant. Thats why remain cautious everytime. Everyone should also remain cautious. Thats the best key to survive. This is what I think.
I'm not trying to survive or cope I just find it harder to conduct business with such a high percentage of scammers or people who don't understand the business. I feel I should suddenly be charging to teach people English and how to conduct ethical business practices. *took forever for me to respond lol*
