Excuse me .. but where did you learn writing an ad copy like that ?

How come your site being probably a couple months old (guessing by the amount of indexed pages and backlinks) have become THE BEST ? and how come you can make payment ANY WAY I LIKE ? can you meet me on the street and give me cash ?

How do you make such claims ?

Well, I'm not saying your pharmacy isn't good or something .. i never tried it .. but i'm sure it's not THE BEST, and moreover, i'm sure there is no such a thing as "the best pharmacy" .. cause everyone choose whatever he likes ..

me, for example, i would not go with your tiny 5% on reorders because i know that in pharmacy business the reorders are the king .. and not the initial order itself .. I would even prefer 0% on initial sale and then some 30% on reorders

Please, don't take this as an insult, i'm in no way a competitor .. but you guys really need to think on your ad campaign

Thanks for criticism. Everybody claims his stuff be the best possible, that's just a ritual in advertising, isn't it?

But what you should know is that the system is VERY flexible, and if you make really a lot in sales, we'll send an agent to bring your commission in cash, and not only to meet you in the street, but even to your doorstep (if it's what you want), so you can't say that the claim is not true.

And regarding your commission for reorders - just talk to the manager, it's most probable, that we can offer you a better rate for it (maybe at the expense of first order commission). It's for sure that flexibility and personal appoach to partners is our strong point.

What are the legal risks for affiliates? I am guessing it's illegal to sell overseas drugs to US citizens.

Do you accept affiliates that only do PPC Search? IE. basically drive traffic straight to your website?

 

Actually unless you are a registered Certified Pharmacy, you will not be able to advertise in PPC targeting pharmaceutical related keywords, on most of the main search engines.

 

There are none. First of all, you are not selling anything - you are just advertising. Besides, illegal status of drugs imported from outside the U.S. is very controversial. Despite the fact that FDA insists that they are all illegal, de facto import (by dropshipping) is allowed by the U.S. Congress, mostly because of the social importance of providing quality and cheaper drugs from Canada to elderly and poor consumers in the U.S.:

Who supplied the medicines you sell?

Where are they manufactured?

Do you have a lawyer under retainer to send to people as you do your paying agent, should you be wrong about what people in other countries can and cannot do with regards to selling medicines to the US?

Do you have marketing tools for your affiliates?

 

I did some research on my own.

SEOpharmacy is perfectly legitimate.

They are based in UK. Full address on website. They have nothing to hide.

Their fulfilling pharmacies are based in Canada. Properly licensed. PC approved.

Brand name meds from brand name company. Generic meds from generic companies. (Hmm I like that)

Lawyer? Irrelevant. Be responsible for your own decision and action.

Arrested? Too bad. See above.

 

Aren't you just so wonderful and helpful....thanks for the input.. however I would rather the OP answer.....you clearly did not read my questions or comprehend them to answer properly.

For example

I was not asking him to supply me a lawyer....I asked if he had one available should something unfortold happen to one of their affiliates of which I will not be one. Therefore I do not need to be responsible for any decisions or actions related to the business.

I could go on over the arrested part but again you did not read and / or comprehend properly my questions and thoughts.

Next are you a lawyer who can advise anyone on these matters with certaintity?

No, I live in London. And company is also UK-based. Though I have been in the United States dozen times this year, and nobody tried to arrest me and also none of the company management ))

though the issue with FDA is quite controversial. Anyway, we are fully responsible for selling medications to US citizens, and according to the agreement we make with our partners they act as our advertising affiliates only. Well, if we have typical problems with US government prosecuting our affiliates, we'll hire a lawyer to protect our and our partners' business. But so far, there was just no need for it and I don't believe we'll need it in future.
