    I think a personal site should be unique and not like a business site :)

    Your top links are toooo small to be noticable

    Your portfolio is too stufffed ,organize them in some way, though I see you have categorized them, but.......

    I really like the way your latest works popup, just great I'd say

    Your About Me is too long, have it as short as possible, mainly businessman like to read, but not all of them, I think you could have some brief description also about you

    the same about Experience, Education

    I like the Expertise, that's nice, not too much content and well organized

    Where is your address in Contact me???? Maybe I want to send you an attachment

    all other is nice for a business style website

    I'd also suggest you to put in you META tags some KEYWORDS, DESCRIPTION etc
