How much time per week do you spend on religion? This could be going to church, etc.

I'm an Atheist, so I picked zero.

Just wondering about how many people here are heavy theists as compared to atheists.

    (btw, s/Spend/Spent)

2-5 hours are good enough to help you study your faith. You should also visit your house of worship at least once a week to keep a steady social level (let alone a religious one).

Actually, DigitalPoint is 85% secular. Not everyone has voted, though.

Although I agree in the fact that I wish I could see it get to 100%, I doubt that it will happen. Religion is just so deep-rooted into some, it won't just disappear.

In the Unites States of Christian Majority America secularism is under attack daily - while they feign that they are under attack by the evil ACLU men who are trying to (Gasp) uphold the constitution.

The truth is, atheists, agnostics, and otherwise like-minded folks are losing ground in the battle for minds, thanks to the political nature of the religious nut-ball faction. We're shrinking in numbers as Bosses secretly discriminate against those who believe in no God and dare to say so, while others just pretend to in order to keep their lifestyle.

Science was under attack for eight years, myths perpetuated, and the society further de-educated.

As far as I am concerned, this country is heading for a dark age if people don't stop plopping down to their knees every time a problem presents itself.

0, unless you count posting on my blog... it's atheism related, but therefore also religion related.

I would say around 5 hours, probably more though. I try to pray regularly and throughout the day. I read the bible almost on a nightly basis (more times than not). I attend three church services per week which probably equates to at least 5 hours per week alone.

There is a big jump from 5 to 10 hours though so I can't say that I quite put in 5 hours worth of studying and praying per week on top of church.
