    I have few questions.

1.How mutch doese the age of your website matter when you aim top positions in Google ? A new site may have problems because he is new ?

2.I submited me website to directoryes.I appear on them, but when I search link:domain in Google the links from the directoryes don't appear.

3.After submiting my website to directorys and make some link exchange, I'm waiting results. After how mutch time an imbound link will have an effect ?

Did someone had a massive increase in visitors after made a link exchange ? Or about how mutch time about that link exchange did you feel the benefits ?

    Thanq for your Time.

it depends on your keywords, how competetive they are.

google normally takes ages to count backlinks, if your website has got some pagerank then they would consider any backlinks, you have to wait for PR update to get some Pr and then google would show some backlinks but not all of them.

I would suggest get one way links, exchanging link benefits over a long period of time, you can't get traffic by just exchanging links unless you exchange links with a website which is already getting good traffic and u grab few visitors from them.

As far as I understand, domain age plays a significant role when ranking for any keywords, not only for non-competitive ones.

Also, not only the domain age of your site is important, but the age of links and the domain, pointing to you.

Google link: command doesn't return valid results. Try "linkdomain:www.mysite.com -site:www.mysite.com" on Yahoo to see who is linking to any page on your site.

Only links that are relevant to your website will be counted with Google, so just exchanging links won't matter. Even one-way irrelevant links won't do you much, but they can't harm you. Unless you don't have other links and the incoming links are from bad neighbourhood, that is.

Most likely, you'll see results after a Google Dance, which happens once in 3 months.

You should focus on creating great content for your website after thorough keyword research and get active within your niche on forums, blogs, journals, etc.
