Time management techniques

please can anybody tell me how to manage my time effectively

 

Well, if you want to make money -- don't. Just work, work, work, and take adequate breaks for rest, food and drink.

Adequate means plenty or lots of
So plenty of sleep and rest

 

Yeah as much as you need so that you weren't falling asleep or rubbing your neck constantly while at your computer.
