Well, when BCCI proudly and openly can't confirm that Sachin plays for India (It's not me saying, it was an outcome of Supreme court's verdict from PIL filed also (if possible watch the debate from Times now archive on BCCI's functioning)) verdict then why would other think that Sachin playes for India. and BTW even Sachin knows and entire Indian team is under agreement with BCCI not Sports Ministry of India. What Government has allowed BCCI to represent and governed cricket in India. That's why BCCI is able to use facilities built by public's money in subsidized rate. However when the same government asks BCCI to get aligned with Sports Ministry of India, they are not willing to abide. (if possible watch the debate from Times now archive on BCCI's functioning). The funny as well as shameful thing, when you see so called Indian team's jersey do you see INDIA at first or you see SAHARA and then INDIA? Which is priority sponsor's name "SAHARA" or the country "INDIA" and the same you don't find AUS, SA, NZ or any other team.
