    Hello,

Just found this site today and would like to make use of the Buy & Sell forum (to buy). However I've just gone to do so and realised that you have (quite sensibly) put restrictions on how who can post there.

Is there any way to override this or prove my credentials otherwise? Perhaps I can send a £1 to the admin here from my verified paypal account.

Of course I understand if you feel it's too much hassle or likely to set a bad precedent.

By the way, when registering I got a PHP error (didn't get the exact error message but it was something to do with missing arrays IIRC), I hit refresh and got told the username was already registered. Presumably whatever the error was it occurred after my registration had been saved to the DB as my login details worked fine. Just thought I'd let you know anyway.

    Great resource you have here,

    Thanks

    Richard

sorry Richard, rules are rules. there for you, for me and everyone else that joins here.
you'll just have to wait like everyone else did, no exceptions.

that error you got was probably just a hiccup, not to worry.
this is a big place with lots of folks on at the same time, stuff happens.

welcome and enjoy. its the cats meow. ;)

£1 wouldnt prove if someone is a scammer or not nor
neither of $ value because it will just be initial "good person and legit" feel who knows what will go on later on.

Also initial post limit and days limit gives new comer abilities to post in other limitless sections and others to see how and what kind of a perosn is by their typing later in BST. example: if you give advice or just post to up the post count in other sections. By judging on that people in BST when you can join will have a feel of what you are (sort of).
