Hi GeXus, When first beginning to advertise with us or make changes to the ad within an account, there are several steps that happen before the ads will begin to serve on the Live.com site and I would like to go over them with you so that you are better informed as to what happens with our Automated Editorial Verification Process (AVEP ). 1. Creation of a new Campaign or adGroup – this is what you will do 2. AVEP process – usually this takes up to a max of 6 hours - Part one is the review of the ad, if the ad is approved the AVEP will move to next step *please note if all the keywords are rejected, the ad is most likely rejected - Part Two is the review of the keywords this happens periodically after submission a. If the AVEP has determined that everything meets our editorial guidelines, then there is a period of up to 24 hours in which we will associate all the keywords and ads on the search network. * usually this takes between up to a max of 6 hours b. If the AVEP notices something is not meeting the guidelines then the ads and keywords will either be rejected or stay in a ‘Pending’ status for up to 10 business days. This extended pending period is where the ads and keywords go through a manual review. *this usually happens if using trademarked terms I hope that I have explained given a sufficient outline on our AVEP for you so that you can manage the account easier. We at Microsoft strive to make the searcher have the best possible experience when searching on the Live.com and for us to ensure that the searching experience is the best it takes time to get on the network. adCenterRep
