I think he is alright. He is not good, but he is good enough to be somebody's back-up or rebuilding team's quarterback. For example if your star player went out with an injury, he will be able to fill in without a problem and maybe lead a team to a victory, but I don't think he is good enough to start over people.
He has gotten good results at Florida and when he had his chance at Denver. I am not sure if you will get another chance, it all depends if he finds his way to a team suited to his style or if that team could adapt to his strengths.
