Tiled photo background... How?

    Hiya chaps, I've been asked to make a tiled background for a website and was wondering if its possible to make something like this tile?

    If so what software would I need? I seem to remember seeing something a while ago that would do this but can't find it again ;(

    Any help would be great.

    uhh you can just use html or css you dont need any software.

    If you have photoshop you can do it very easily. you will find the tool from Filter>>Stylize>>tiles
