    Hi,
I'm am having trouble connecting two computers together using the TightVNC viewer.

I'm trying to go from a custom Windows XP machine to view the screen of a DELL Windows 7 machine.

I got it working from the DELL Windows 7 machine to a ZooStorm Windows 8 machine.

And I've added the program to the firewall exclusion lists of all machines...

Can someone give me a list of stuff to try???

    Thank you in advanced...

If they are on the same lan then try turning off both machine's firewalls and see if it works. If it does, then turn on one machine's firewall, test, then turn on the other. It's most likely a firewall that's blocking you.

Also what you can try to diagnose:
Can you PING your DELL Windows7 from the Windows XP? (you can test that in a DOS box)

Why are you trying to connect two computers with TightVNC? Are you trying to create a network, so both can see each other or you are trying to control one from another?
If you want to create a network, use Hamachi, as it's the best software for that kind of exercise. If you want to control, I strongly suggest either LogmeIn.com or TeamViewer.
    Hope that helps!
