Tightly focussed and Researched New Travel Site for Sale

Have a nice tightly focussed new niche site that is available.

The package consists of both the site and domain name as well.

The site name is http://www.spainvacationrental.biz.

The Keywords have been researched in some detail and have a good Google KEI of 146.63, Yahoo KEI 83.24 and MSN KEI of 564.83.

The site has low competition for its main keywords and also associate keywords.

Research has shown that there is good competition for Adsense ads with approximately 8 good bidders per page The Adwords CPC at the moment is showing between $3.41 and $4.31 per click depending on Broad Match, Exact Match or Phrase Match

At present the site has 500 pages (250,000 words approx) of content, each page of which is at least 30% unique editorial.

The site maps are all registered and all of the indexes are merrily spidering the pages like crazy at the moment.

The Domain name is registered with Go Daddy and so a transfer to another account is not a problem and shouldn’t be too much hassle.

Once all the pages are spidered and indexed and traffic continues as it is then this is going to be a nice little earner for someone.

So to sum up, the package contains the domain name plus 500 pages of “unique” copy. There have been clicks on the site but it has to be viewed as a totally new site so value this on the research, domain name, keywords and number of pages of copy.

Just carried out another scan of the data for this site and there is a good level of support for the strength of the keywords for this site .i.e the number of bids per adwords is coming in at around 20 instead of the 8. So a much stronger chance of maintaining a good earning level per click.

For those who want to check it manually. Take the name of the site's three words enter them into google and see how deep the adsense and adwords on the right hand side of the page go. In this case we stopped checking at page 7 indicatiing a deep level of support for bidders on this keyword. If you are running a basic adsense set up of not more than 6 ads etc then you are going to get a good deep level of support for your highest paying keywords.

Matzii, me old mucker, kiddette whatever, let me give you some advice that might hold you in some good standing in the years to come.

Firstly, if you are ever going to make accusations like this, it is common courtesy to contact someone off list to politely inform them that there might be some sort of error in their claims and then if no reasonable explanation is forthcoming by all means highlight your new found claims to the world.

Secondly, and this is more pertitent. GET YOUR (insert own expletive) facts right.

If you were to have had half an ounce of wit then you would have checked your assertations and actually run them by a comparison checker (I reccommend dupecop as the online version is free) as if you had you would have been presented with the following figures:

If you were to investigate this you would find that the pages in question were actually all between 40% and 48% unique. Yes there were some words similar, the content on this was written in plain english (or as near as dammit) and I see no reason to remove certain words and phrases when they could just as easily stay in the site etc. Yes the pages are spun duhh....like I'm going to sell a site for a couple of hundred bucks that has 500 words of individually scripted pages that would befit a New York Times Best Seller - I think not.

Lastly (god this spleen venting is getting me down) I kindly suggest that you read and digest the Adsense TOS and get these correct also. There is nothing wrong with the adsense placements or the layout as they were.......designed using Googles own adsense design layouts.
