Tierra .info renewal price

I just sent an email to ask them the renewal price of .info and .net. Here is the reply from them:

1-7 years: $16 per year
8-10 years: $13.60 per year

They might have special price, I am still waiting for their reply about special price.

It seems that the price for 1st year is really attractive, but I think their renewal price is a bit high.

Anyone got special renewal price from them?

 

I'd be surprised if they offer a renewal discount. Their probably losing money or making minimal profits gaining new customers with their .info promotions.

 

That's their way of making money. It seems like you are better off transferring your .info domains after the first year.

 

They just replied me, the renewal price for .info is $8.

You'd only be saving a few bucks; renawls tend to be at regular prices everywhere for .info.
