tiered membership script/plugin?

Hi!
I'm thinking of starting a couple of membership sites using wordpress.
Anyone know of a free memberscript that integrates with paypal?
or a plugin that works with with wordpress?

ideally tiered..so i can offer 3 levels of membership(free/members lvl 1/members lvl 2)
I don't really want to pay more than $20.

Also want to add an affiliate program too so if there is a script for that..

if anyone can help point me in right direction?

i have a Facebook clone if you want it..Can be edited.

 

not sure if a facebook clone would do what i want.

the sites i have in mind are in niches offering content and resources.
-forum
-tools
-podcasts
-articles
-news(blog part)
-shop
-ebooks

the affiliate part-I'm not too sure what i want..
both need to integrate/use paypal.

if facebook clone can allow all that and is free i'm interested..
