Does anyone know of a good ticket system to use to track our inbound e-mails with through our membership sites. We are in the business of selling trial offers such as diet offers. I am looking for something that will allow us to track tickets more efficiently and etc. You know when someone sends in an e-mail to us.

Kayako is indeed a good one but they are very expensive. You can look at LA desk by Qualityunit, which is around 99$ for 1 user instead of 500$ (kayako). If you just want to convert emails into tickets HESK.com will also do, which is free. Other good alternatives are: - Helpspot (from the creators of snappy) - also used by campaignmonitor - whmcs which also supports a billing system but their ticket system is also good. - Ceberus - THe layout is a big outdated but their core is extremely stable.
