    What confuses me is how Bush can honor the Dalai Lama so while not heeding anything the man has said for the past 50+ years?

    Put the Dalai Lama in charge of things for a week and I guarantee we'd get farther as far as foreign policy in concerned then we have in the past 25 years.

    Regardless, this is positive recognition for a man who deserves it - always a good thing :)
