Thunderbird email addresses

Having looked in a lot of place on the net I can not for the life of me find a way of doing the following:

I use Thunderbird.

I have several mail folders.

I want to get the EMAIL addresses ONLY out of each fold (so that I can build a mail list)

Is there a way of doing this or software (paid of free)

I guess no one knows how to do this then.

If you have a good imagination, this could work
Select all of your e-mails in one folder, right click, and select "forward as attachments".

This will result in a single message, with headers in plain text. Use one of these programs to extract the e-mail addresses and you're all set.

Otherwise, Thunderbird has no option that would allow you to do anything like that, and there are no plugins for it either.
