I think, this plugin will be useful, so have created. In general how it works: You modify blogger template and add <img > tag with src attribute, linked with image dispatcher. Image dispatcher is hosted on your hosting, and also has control panel for managing thumbnails. How you can manage it? script is taken posts from blogger via rss and displays thumbnail near each one (by default it's default thumbnail) You can choose post and upload image or write link to image, and script will resize it automatically and will store on the server.
