Thumbnails are not clear in Nextgen gallery in wordpress

    hi all,
    in wordpress i have created the photo gallery using nextgen gallery plugin.
    but Thumbnails are not clear in Nextgen gallery in wordpress. how to make the thumbnails clear.
    plz help:

    You probably have the sizing messed up. You need to set the sizing to something perpindicular. You can do this in the NEXTGEN options in the wordpress backend.
