Three Simple Logo contest $10 each logo payment via paypal

Thanks guys for the new entries. Here's my feedback:
moworld84: they look very stylish which is great but I think I am leaning more towards wider/bolder fonts. The bottom one you did certainly has a wider/bolder font but doesn't look as stylish as the top three.

navywife: thanks for the submissions. You must have misread my instructions because I asked for the words to be on top of each other NOT next to each other. I know this can be easily changed though. Here's what I think: Set one, I like the chocolate and banana ones but the vanilla one doesn't grab me as much. I'd say of them all the chocolate one is the better one (perhaps because I like wider/bolder fonts). Set two: I like how you gave them a background which makes them stand out more. I am not sure about the effect in the middle which makes it a little hard to read. Out of this second set the banana one is the best. My overall impression with this second set is you have a great concept but the execution of this concept is not fully there.

offiri0: thanks for the entries. They look good but not as outstanding as that cocoa one you did in my other competition. Don't get me wrong, they look good and with the exception of the vanilla one I would accept any of them but I just think you can do better. They all look good but I think I need something a little more corporate and a touch less cartoony. I like the little icons on both the chocolate and the banana. I think your banana one (the middle one) is my favorite so far of all the bananas so far. The vanilla one, sorry but I don't like it one bit.

deebong: thanks for the try. A little too colourful for my liking. I think I prefer a single colour for each logo with only small variations in the shades perhaps. I know you tried something different which is great sometimes, but unfortunately not so great in this case.

dr@gon: I still like the vanilla font but I am still unsure about the icon. Somehow doesn't match. In my mind I do have some ice cream vanilla theme/thought for the vanilla one so even though it's got an ice cream icon it's still not there. The banana one I don't like. It's probably a touch too plain. I like simple don't get me wrong, but plain is something I'm not a big fan of.

angie bee: definitely something different but I need something a little more corporate somehow and while yours is great it doesn't suit on this occassion.

cody331: thanks for the entries. It's chocolate royale, not royal.

cody331: for the chocolate royale the font is a little too thin and I am leaning more towards a more wider/bolder font. Cool vanilla also looks a little like cold vanilla. I know cool can mean a thousand and one things but I am more after something cool rather than cold if that makes any sense. I understand your idea and I appreciate it but same problem, the font is a little too thin. Same thing for banana smoothie: font is too thin. In the second set I appreciate the creativity for banana but I am after a text mainly logo and the icon should be secondary. You seem to try too much with the banana which is great but I am still after a text mainly logo.

capricious: thanks but the fonts seem a little too thin for my taste except for the vanilla one which is ok but I need something a touch more corporate, more professional looking.

angie bee #22: sorry but not heading in the right direction. In my view it looks a little retro and I am after something more modern. #29 a little better but still not the modern, professional look I am after

redlust: #25 thanks for your feedback regarding my feedback #28 the words should be on top of each other not next to each other. The chocolate one the font is a little too thin of a font. The two words don't seem to matcg because of the different colours and fonts.

dr@gon: a much better font but I am not sure about choosing black and using those yellow circles on the font. Definitely moving in the right direction at least fontwise but still not there.

megaxx: regarding your question I think so far I like offiri0's the best though I am not fully sold on it. Also navywife one also is fairly close to what I am after though once again not fully there.

offiri0: #27 looks much better. I could see myself using it with some small changes such as royale needs to be a little lower and perhaps a different colour for the oval background, maybe something a little more vibrant.

dragon, you seem to be improving with every try. The banana one looks good but I still think sometimes you try too hard. I am not sure what that grill is on top of the letters. the font you used for banana looks really good and I can see myself using just as it is perhaps in a slightly brighter yellow and without the bananas and that grill on top of it. One dilemma for me is there are some other great entries and sometimes it takes sometime to decide on one. The vanilla one I still like the font but not the icon and would still need some slightly different colours. I hate asking the designers for changes though. What I normally do and you will see that in my past contests is decide on the finalists and then I "request" changes of the finalists only and it is then up to the finalists if they wish to do those changes or not. I think in about 24hrs I should decide on the winners.
