Three seconds how to manage anger.

    I would like us to learn how to mage ANGER. As we all know, ANGER is very destructive and as a result of that, many lives, families, relationships, jobs and businesses have been destroyed. But, I have good news for you. ANGER is manageable. All we need is to understand that ANGER takes three seconds between the cause of ANGER and getting angry. And because thee seconds is a very short time, we even don’t realize it.

    Today I would like us to learn how to utilize the three seconds. When you are ANGERED or encounter a situation that would make you ANGRY, always remember that you have three seconds. The question would be; “How would I use the three seconds?” The answer is very simple. Immediately you are ANGERED, please remember that you have three seconds, and so take a deep breath in and out. If it is deep enough, it will take approximately three seconds. Once you have done that, you will be able to control your ANGER, in other words, you will be conscious of your actions from that point. You will not do something you will regret; instead you will know everything you will do during that time.


    This technique works for me and many other people I have shared this with. So, thanks for taking your time to read this and I wish you an ANGER managed life.

    I think this suites for short temper persons only, mostly i am always in cool but some times nowadays i m in stress.........

    I should have done more of that when I was with my ex-girlfriend haha

    But on a serious note, that is great advice. Anger is a very destructive emotion, and can ruin so many things in your life.
    It takes so much for me to get angry these days, I'm very proud to be that way now :)

    No, its very bad to our health, anger causes stress which can be used to fuel possitive or negative actions. Usually anger leads to negative stress and therefore cause physical health challenges.


    If that works for you, its ok. But people are different and that is why we need to share our experienses in order to help those who have no idea what to do in such situation.

    Even for those with hot temper, this technique can work for them. Usually people with hot tempers don't enjoy it and if there could be a way they can could get rid of it, am sure they will like it. But its not that easy, it requires a lot of determination and will power.

    Wow!! Thats great! Whoever is reading these posts and are experiencing anger in their lives, they could get help from these. Thanks for sharing, you may not know what you've done to someone by doing this...

    If it works for you, thats great. Its good to share here what works for you, maybe it could help some one.

    I think that the best way to manage anger immediately is to punch yourself.
    It really works and you will forget about your problems because of pain in your leg!
