I started posting articles with Ezine two weeks ago. I've had my account for a year now and tried some methods before but they didn't work, after reading in this forum I changed some tactics, for instance I created a landing page, did not try to sound like I was selling my product but more of a review. The first article was to see if these new tactics worked. It posted May 2nd, after about 40 views and 15 URL views I got a sale my first one, I wrote a different article the next week, same product and got another sale. I'm not sure if it was due to the first article or the second one. Anyone knows how to track that? Third article I added a twist to it. I oppened an account under my wife. Posted her image, worked on keyword research to put on tittle and keywords on content. Different product, with bonus. The article went live yesterday, so far it has 42 views, 15 URL clicks and one sale, one rating of four out of five so I am not sure if her image made a difference but I think it did. Now I know Clickbank works, I promote the products that I have knowledge about, so I will try to expand and see where it goes. It will be sweet to get that first check, hopefully no refunds. Attractive image on the BIO, just an idea I have not seen talked about much. Ruben
Getting sales keeps you focused Keep on split testing pages, you already doing well but internet marketers are constantly looking for methods to improve.
It is very nice to hear that you've made some sales with just three articles in ezinearticles. Wow... Ezinearticles IS really ROCKING... ALL THE BEST!!!
Good job man , I only wish you would share your articles with us. Keep up the good work, if you convert at a sale an article you're on a highroad to richness!
good stuff ... and yes, i think having a good photo can make a diff ... not saying that my photo was good, but it is amazing how many people decided to read my profile!
If you add a different tracking id to the link in each article &tid=xxx you can tell which article got the sale.
