Google seems to love their own products. For quick indexing of your new pages, I recommend three of Google's products:

    • Use Fetch As Google in your Webmaster Tools for each new page.

    • Open a Google+ account. Post a short text blurb and a link to each significant new page on your Google+ account. Don't spam it; make sure the link is worth a post.

    • Put a Google Custom Search Engine on your main page(s). When you add a significant new page, go to your Custom Search Engine account and tell Google about the new page's URL. Just do a search for "Google Custom Search Engine" and it will tell you exactly how to create one for your website. If you want to see an example, look a few inches down from the top of my www.jimfeeney.org

Using these three items, my new pages are almost always indexed within a few minutes.

Posting the link to your new pages on a Blogspot blog (another Google product) also helps to get the pages indexed very quickly. Some have also had success with quick indexing from posting the link on a Youtube page (another Google owned product).

Good way to build your site's backlink, but don't worry DP is nofollow now. :D
