I am going to open three of my premier directories for free listing for the next three days. I can't make any promises as it all depends on the quality of your website, description, etc. Now I did approve some directories a few days ago and perhaps yours was among them.
Did one, but the second directory submission did not go through. After hitting submit, it gave me a maintenance error.
