I agree with you there. I don't think you would be very effective if your social media posts look too "robotic."
I actually think the robotic method works really well. If you use Buffer + Feedly and set it up so that you are posting good stuff every hour all day every day, you build up a following faster than if you just go on every site twice a day or something.
