I've got problem. Here's what it looks like, http://www.lorresident.com. The div #sidebar-b should not be that far from the #sidebar-a or Part# 1. They should only be 50px appart from each other.

    Any help is appreciated.

Okay, probably not the best response being that I am no CSS guru.
But if I read the code correctly, the "clear" element on sidebar-b places the float below the previous float left element which is the "content"

If you place the sidebar-b element before "sidepic" and "content" in the HTML I can make the sidebar elements look properly but the remaining elements appear to be following the "clear" command from above.

Also, the margin element probably shouldn't be 50px on sidebar-b.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. Couln't fix it but got it close to what you were looking for.
