If simply hosting links to files is a crime, why isn’t Google (and the like) being prosecuted? I’m sure the MAJORITY of file-hosting links come from search engines. I guess Google has too deep of pockets for FOTA to dare go after them. Might as well pick on the little guys then.
They fail to take out TPB and so they strike against the small fries . Pathetic really given the amount of security technology floating around today .
Why would they go after google? google isnt the one that is committing copyright infringement. Its too tedious of a job to take out all copyrighted material from search queries in google. And besides, why would you even want google to give you filtered results. If they start filtering copyright material its only a matter of time when they start other topics and well have the same problem that china has.
