One of the threads on this forum scares me. A nice tool that Shawn didn't write -- hard to believe. I've read some part of it a long time ago. I know I should read it (enough references to it on this forum to make me sure), but with 2100+ replies it will take forever to read through. What percentage of posts do you think one can skip? Are there a lot of monster posts that just have to be read or can you browse most of it?
100 % Jist of the thread: It's just all about a nice tool Shawn didn't write. Skipable. Put your time to better use..Go and run naked round your yard or something.
You'll get the gist of it in the first few pages. After that the majority are just updates that you can quickly bypass. IMHO it is very worthwhile.
I will echo Nitin...Once you understand the experiment I would study the last 5 posts. Also, if you are unsure about something, post it in that thread as Caryl alsways seems happy to answer questions. (Plus you may ask something someone else is wondering but doesn't feel comfortable posting) It is actually a really interesting thread and if you have the time, take a look at the first post of every page to get a more in depth overview (analyzing every post at this point is impossible)
The reports make up the bulk indeed. You'll soon recognise them so you can skip them (or just read the ranking). It's not that scary. Give it a shot big boy! And you guys were supposed to be tough Vikings...
