    It should be fixed now. There were some internal changes with vBulletin 4.0.4 that made it stop working, but they have now been addressed.

    What constitutes a bump? I am getting infractions for replying to a post on any thread I start.

    Does that mean I can only ever post a thread and never reply to anyone's posts on any thread I start?

    PS You also need to delete Deluxdon as a moderator, unless of course you condone him PM'ing me death threats.

    If you were the last reply in a thread and you make an additional reply, that would be a bump (you can use the Edit button if you want to add to your previous reply).

    Use the "Report" option like everyone else.

    The thread bumping feature now also resets the edit time window for the first post in the thread. Long story short, is when you bump your thread, you can also edit it.
