I found a keyword for my niche I wish to get some thoughts on. Well, I am not going to tell you what it is.
Exact local searches in the Google keyword tool is 74000.
Exact search in Google search is 67500
There is an exact match .com domain available.
Oh, this will be for an Amazon affiliate review site, not adsense.
When doing the exact Google search, the first 4 spots are taken up with a manufacturer of the product, a nationwide toy retailer, shopzilla, and eBay.
allintitle gets me 833 results, with the top three being the same, but without the manufacturer.
allinurl gets me 321 results with shopzilla taking up the first 2 spots, and the others gone.
allinanchor gives me 67200 results with shopzilla taking the top again.
Checking for back links, there does not appear to be any to the pages I would compete with.

So, is this a good keyword to go with? With good back link building and such, should it be possible to beat out the top sites?
Any other suggestions on research before going with it?

    thanks,
    Michael

I was shocked it was available to. This is why I was kind of asking here to see if there might be something I am over looking. Granted, it isn't one of the buy keyphrase domains, like with best or top or reviews in the name. The one thing that makes me a little nervous is the fact there are no sponsered ads on google when doing this search. Maybe it will be a good time to try out Google Ad words for the site to.

Well, I am going to go get it, wish me luck.
