Thoughts on why so many request work for PayPal Payment processing

So I've noticed that a Lot of people have been requesting programming to link/add PayPal payments to there site. I'm wondering what you guys think.
Is it that PayPal made there component to complex? or that mainly newer haven't taken the time to look into it?

Not saying that those requesting are lazy or anything like that. It was just a bit shocking to see so many requests everywhere.

Just curious what your guys opinion is on it

 

They don't have time for the coding coz they need to focus on drive the sales to reach target.

 

seems like it takes more time to outsource something like that rather then just doing it yourself though.
