The image is of Wolfmother's albums and singles - it rotates on refresh. It goes between the first and second, and second and third posts on my site. Think they are 'misleading'? Personally I think they are fine, but ...
You should read up on the new 'images next to ads' policy. that 2nd one, with the "sponserd link" and the arrow pointing to it seems like a problem because the arrow draws attention to the ad. Of course, dont take my word for it, or anyone else word for it here at the forum.. send your screenshots to Adsense support and see what THEY say..
Yeah, I guess I'll do that. I was thinking that the only way to have any kind of image there, that isn't misleading, is to state that it is a sponsored link - as Google authorises. But maybe the arrow is too much. I'll check with G and see what they say!
The word back from Google is that the first implimentation is fine. The second is not, because: I replied to clarify why and image showing "sponsored links" wouldn't be allowed, but haven't heard back as yet.
I'm glad to hear the first one WAS accepted. This signifies that the news that images next to ads were a problem really was only with the precisely aligned 4 images to four ads thing.
