Thoughts on site design & SEO?

Would like to get an outsider's thoughts on our site, been working on it for a while and could use a fresh opinion.

Any thoughts on SEO, design, usability and anything else that comes to you mind would be appreciated.

You dont have any meta description and keywords tags on head section.

 

Sorry, I was tweaking the scripts and accidently took them out. Will be fixing that asap.

Otherwise any other feedback ?

For some reason I don't like the bottom part too much, the grey does not blend in well.

 

I kind of wanted to dicrease the importance of that area as its mainly for the bots, etc. Do you think a plain grey background would go better ?
