Hey folks, Any thoughts here on SemRush.com? I've been recommended to use it from a colleague and I'm evaulating it at the moment. Some of my own comments: 1. Valuable info and useful to target specific sites. 2. Good customer service (responded to my emails within about 12 hours) 3. BAD use of English on their site. Incorrect words, sentences, grammar etc, make their help sections difficult to follow. Spock
Hi, Thanks for your opinion about our service! We really appreciate it! Yes, unfortunately we have some temporary disadvantages We understand that our English is far from perfect, we are not native English speakers and it actually makes some problem. But we are constantly trying to improve our service and of course we'll try to bring our site's content to perfection. We have recently re-written our tutorial video. We hope it's more comprehensive and helpful for our users: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1XN4UFFS5mc&feature=player_embedded http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EARxcdepz7I&feature=player_embedded Currently we are working hard on updating of our databases. And we are planning to update it much more frequently in the nearest future! Thank you again for your interest in SEMRush!
Hey SemRush - Definitely appreciate the service you offer, and the technical challenges that you've overcome. A site like yours must take a lot of smart people and faith to get off the ground. Saying that however - it really shouldn't be too hard to get decent English on the site. You must have spent, at least, tens of thousands on your project, maybe more. I'm sure someone would English proof-read your site, and re-write anything if needed for $1k to $2k. Considering that a decent fraction of your audience is English speaking it would make sense, wouldn't it? TBH, I hate armchair critics (exactly what I'm doing now). I deal with them all the time and they get on my nerves, so I don't want to tell you your business - but clean up the english and I'm pretty sure you'll make better profits. Best of luck with the venture. Spock PS - the gal in the youtube video you have up has the sweetest voice I've ever heard.
SEMRush seems to be very good, I have been using their 7 day free trial and it does look good to me with all the keywords made available by domain name.
Thanks a lot for this kind words! It's really important for us We hope to overcome all this obstacles in the nearest time, it's only a matter of time Anyway we are always ready to answer any question. Just contact us mail@seoquaketeam.com

Hey sem guys, I had some questions for you that I think other members may also benefit from. A Question for the SEMRush Team: 1. When you perform an organic google keywords search on a site, and look at the report, one of the columns is 'Competition'. This is a very useful number for analysis of the long tail keywords. However, when you export the information, this column is absent. For me, this is the most useful piece of information and one that I need to 'data sort' in excel. When do you guys plan to fix this problem? Thanks in advance. Spock
i think that it's user friendly but not more featured available in this tool as per my view in free version.
Yea, really, we know that such problem exists And we are planning to fix it as soon as possible. We are currently work hard on new update that coming soon. And we think this problem will be solved in new database.
