Thoughts on paper.li

I have to admit I hadn't paid much attention to paper.li until recently when all of a sudden I am finding my tweets in top stories from other people's publications. It seems like a good way to get people to notice your twitter account and also a good way to curate relevant content. Thoughts anyone? Do you use it? If so what for?
