Thoughts on my humor site?

Hi all,

I am looking for any feedback you may have on my humor site (both content and layout):
Say No to Crack

Personally, I think the layout stinks (It's a basic template with minor modifications), so feel free to rip it apart (constructively if possible).

Nice site, its good for few laughs

 

I would move the menu to the left, and the search field below. The logo could be a bit smaller. The titles could be also red. You might also think about adding some matching colors it would really improve the look of your blog.

 

I agree with kassi... you need to add more highlights or bold to the titles

The layout's great and you seem to have a lot of content there.

The Domain name is instantly memorable too.

the only thing with such a site is that you really REALLY have to make sure new content is added often. I myself follow one of such 'blogs', and you really need those regulars to come visit regularly. But the site looks good. Clean lay-out.

 

Wow, thanks for all the great comments so far! ContentKing - when you say "often", how often do you mean? I currently update 1-2 times per day, do you think I should do more?

Also, for content, perhaps you can comment on pictures found on http://www.offthemark.com/main.htm ...

 

I'd love to, but almost all those cartoons require licensing ... I'd hate to pay for things when most cartoonists give me authorization to use their stuff for free (plus there's tons of creative commons pics out there).

easy to navigate, i like that.
Its nice and simple design.
Looks good, but I think its not quite right for the humor aspect:S
I expect brighter colors.

I like the domain lol Good content aswell though

 

It's simple which is good, but I think the banner could use some more work.
