Hello, my website is http://www.earndigitally.com. I would appreciate it if you could take a look and let me know what you think about the ad placement and any feedback you may have to help me out.

I just got this:Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.earndgitally.com"

But anyway, for placement you want to follow Google's advise.
HEre you can see an easy to follow "heatmap" straight from the big G.
I cannot post links yet, so, just search for this in Google:

Ok, I took a quick look and personally I don't like the color chosen for the links. I'd go for something darker. Also, the adsense box inside the post is too small. 336x280 gives better results. If you want your text to "wrap" the ads, you can use this code (for a 336x280 box at the left with text wrapping it)

    <div style="float: right; width: 336px; height: 280px; margin-left: 8px; margin-bottom; 8px"> insert adsense code here </div>

Anyway, results might vary, that's why it's very important you use channels to identify every variation of ads you use, so later you can just go and see which one had the best CTR. The secret here is to try and try and try. In order to gain a fair insight you should leave every ad get a minimum of 2000 or 3000 impressions.

move ads from first column to third column, remember most people are right handers.
there were no image or flash ads in the page.
u can also go for image only ads, as link ads are easily overlooked.

I have given it a quick change around. What do you think? Also I want to keep the ads on the left hand side as people read from left to right and it is the first thing that they will notice.

    Thanks

The 160x600 on the left side is good. Keep it. I would change the other ad to either a large or medium rectangle. I disagree with the image ad advice. I've always gotten better results with just text ads but thats up to you.
