Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help? I'm looking for a new offer to join. I look for b to c, CPL offers. We also prefer in-house, or negotiable offers, where we change the payout schedule to weekly vs the standard monthly. We only work with companies that can handle a minimum of 50-100/leads/day right from the start, and can ramp up. Any ideas? What are the best CPL offers running?
