    Hey guys,

I came across the link wheel and did a lot of research on it. I have heard some things that Google might penalize your site for it. Can you any body provide any more information on this?

Also, have you experienced any success with the link wheel?

    Thanks

link wheels are a good thing as long as you use quality content, Dont copy and paste PLR in to each module. Also i would let your pages get indexed then add the links. This will make them seem less "contrived"

Dont leave it there, add posts every week or so, bookmark your web 2.0 and you will see some very good results.

no problem. If you really put some effort into the web 2.0 sites you will notice that they will get some ranking from google also. They can be a great way to promote your product and services. Dont just look at them as "link juice" and you will have good results.

What are your thoughts about web 2.0, joomla or wordpress, I have heard using them both on a site is the best config but I just dont see how things like matching themes and minor configs would work. but it sounds like a great idea.

You should be using sites like quizilla, squidoo, weebly, vox, blogger and wordpress and dont forget article sites such as ezine and goarticles.

Dont use the same web2.0 module for your blogs. There are loads of platforms out there. Take advantage of them all

I prefer Wordpress for my main sites. Make sure you use all the best plugins like all in one SEO and dont forget to change the links so that your post names appear in the url. This helps with SEO big time.

In regards to your link wheel, you could spin your articles for each web 2.0 but if you really want the best results you should write original articles for each post on each module. More work for sure but you will get better, lasting results.

Yeah, I have seen a lot of spun articles and they pretty much all suck..broken english and they clearly used like autosummerize or something...lol

I know I sound newbish when I ask but what do you mean by the best plugins? my thing is proxy sites..lol.

And by post names you mean having your site appear has your user name when you make a comment on a blog?

How many links should you put in the average article that goes out to web2.0?

Link Wheel is a good part of SEO. If you use real original content, you will get link juice and rankings too. Just provide quality content on your own mother website!

The link wheel structure is pretty flawed, Google is good at detecting heavily interlinked "nodes" or hubs and that's exactly what a link wheel is.

Good 5 years ago, but much better methods exist nowdays that produce better results for far less work.
