Did your site come back for any major keywords you got dropped for on or around the 15th during this pr update? Seems like one of my major keywords that brought the most traffic before is starting to show up again in the top 10 for most DCs...hoping for the best for 2 more huge traffic keywords to come back.

This type of daily up and downs are common for most my keywords.

I'm not talking peanut changes here, it's like from position 10 to position 100, position 20 to position 90, page 7 of results to page 30 .......not small daily fluctuations.

Im not sure what date mine dropped off. Basically I dont rank anywhere in Google for any keywords anymore. This is the second time this has happened to one of my sites.

But the good news is its back ranking where it should on some data centers so it looks like all will be normal again. :)

Guess that just happened today because I just noticed after reading this thread.

One of my sites dropped during the June 27 data refresh, came back on Sept 15/16 and was dropped again (short relief) yesterday.

How do you know the exact numbers for your keywords on the SERPs? You just scroll through until you see your site? Is there some easy way to see your PR?

    Could you have been sandboxed?

Site's been online since April and gradually went up in rankings and maintained them from late May early June till September 15...that's over 3 months slowly climbing so I don't think so? And now 2 weeks later my main keyphrase is coming back slowly.

Well, you may have been penalized. But the sandbox can still apply to you. I entered the sandbox after three months of gradually gaining higher SERPs.

I don't think you have much to worry about IMO.

Yup, same here. A lot of keywords that got hit with the data refresh of 9/15 have come back strong across about 80% of the datacenters today.

I didn't notice much of a drop at all for my keywords, although I did drop a single spot for my major keyword.

When I started this thread my traffic was picking up but as the day progressed it's coming back to about the same as it was before the 15th...very good feeling :D
