It generally means those who cant really make money doing their real profession teach that profession instead. I havent found the saying to be particularily true, some people just like teaching.

Especially when your young and want to travel, teaching can be an incredibly easy ticket to many countries. You can easily travel around all of asia as a teacher, with basically no qualifications. Your paid plenty to live, party, and travel.

you need to be very intelligent to understand it , for your convienence here is answer ..
if you make website , do SEO , try all things to get traffic and fail to make money , then its best is start your own coaching center to teach how to earn online or start selling ebook to earn millions online ...
afterall you need money if you fail to make money online best is teach others how to make and make your money from them .

It mainly means that those who cannot be practically successful should enter into teaching according to their knowledge. This will not only help him to earn money but will in return inspire some one who may have the talent to earn money online after being inspired from the teacher.

Usually it is a negative, meaning the only reason they are teaching it is that they can't do it well enough to make a living from it. Why should you follow someones advice on how to make money if they can't make money. Sometimes though, someone may have had an accident or something that doesn't allow them to make a living at their profession anymore. These people can actually be great resources.

people pretty much nailed what it means.

however, if you're applying this to say, people "teaching" seo via sites / info products, etc, I don't think that's neccessarily the case. a lot of these people make decent money in other niches, but it's just natural to teach because they know so much about it. plus, it's a niche that pays well if you do it right.

any writer probably heard "write what you know" at some point in life, whether that's from a creative writing class or webmaster forums where people tell you to write about what you're interested in. and it's true. things you're passionate about and really know a lot about tend to come out much better-- and make a lot more money-- than sites simply made for cash.

for most people, anyway. some people are good at the sites-for-cash thing, but most people should start elsewhere. ;)

I work in the construction industry and this to me means...

Lets say a safety officer tries to tell you it's not safe to do it that way but with me doing the "job" i know it's safer for me to do it this way because i have done it before and know how to do it.

They may have passed all the tests etc.. but most of them have not done the job in question (actually done the work involved) so they have no idea how it is going to go (<< thats there job to know but they dont)

No offence to any safety officers here but thats how i feel (and i'm sure theres thousands like me who know what i mean right..?)

most university professors would rather be doing research but have to do a set amount of teaching time.
