A family member of mine who likes Ron Paul but is afraid of his "radical ideas" believes that those "in power" will take care of us because it is in their best interest. He likes what Ron Paul has to say but is afraid of change because he truly believes that those in government, no matter how corrupt, won't "mess up" the country too bad because it would not be in their interest. It is that sort of simple minded thinking that will be the end of this country in my opinion. When the average citizen is willing to turn over the Nation's future to those "in power" without question, I can only image the results will be something no American will be proud of.
Since when is it corrupt to believe in freedom and liberty and the constitution of the united states???????? Why do u think the forefathers escaped the monarchy???? Just so they can watch us install monarchies like the shah of iran in the 1950's? No, our forefathers wanted so much more for us and Ron Paul is bringing back the constitution. I cant wait till i get some freetime to really get involved in the Ron Paul Movement.
I hope you can give up something to create some time to get involved. It really is important and this is the only chance you have to do it. There is no second chance or do-overs for Ron Paul.
