I've always wondered about those websites and I finally let curiosity get the best of me and signed up to "get a free iphone!". How it goes is I need 11 referrals to complete one offer (no cc needed, just a survey) So, if anyone would be kind enough to donate some time I'd appreciate it , as i'm dying to know if this is real!
I signed up for such a deal before. It was for a 42" plasma. I regretted it. What I had to do was sign up for their sponsors' offers. Like subscribe to cable TV from comast, then subscribe to comcast cable internet, plus sign up for cellphone services, and a lot more. In the end, it's not worth the time or the effort. I would stay clear of these offers. Just my $0.02.
actually if you complete all the offers it is very close to worth it. you get the tv plus the services you pay for for less than the tv would have costed. Of course its about pointless unless you are planning on buying a tv. Basically weigh the options.
