Those Buttons For Stumble Upon, Twitter, Tagged etc.

Hello,

I want to put one of those hub site bars on my web sites. You know the ones with all the buttons linked to these hub and bookmark type sites.

When you click the button it automatically goes to the page to add the site to it's database.

I'm sure there is a name for these link-bars but I don't know what they are called.

Anyway can somebody tell me how to put one of those bars on my site and what the heck they are called?
