Ive seen single ads fill up the entire banner and leaderboard size ads. These ads have larger text etc than a standard ad, but on my sites all I see are perhaps a single ad in a leaderboard but with the normal sized text etc. Are these big ads paying more to earn that larger text? Do I need to do something to enable these larger text ads, or are my advertisers just not spending the big dough?
I'm pretty sure they are CPM ads (someone choosing to advertise on your site specifically with site targeting in AdWords).
They may also be the optimized ad unit - where a single ad will fill an ad unit because it has a higher likelihood of being clicked.
