Those bastards at Adbrite sent me a check for 11 cents!

Reckon, "diamond" couldn't have summarised it better.

Best thing is to put it in a box, whenever you receive a check for less than USD.5.00 or less than USD.10.00 and try and deposit them collectively.

Perhaps, you may get some discount in bank commissions (This can also be highly unlikey, if they decide to contact each of the check owners separately!)

What can we do....just go with the flow and laugh it off!

Sometime back, I recall a friend receiving a note from the IRS that there was some problem with the tax returns and that he owed them USD.4.00. Now he could contest this (in which case you can imagine the expenses involved) or agree to pay up the sum mentioned (in which case, it would be classified that he had commited a tax fraud).

What would you do in such a case.... what he did is another long story

The co. I worked for (major US airline) went bankrupt. It was a stock dispersal.

 

I'm new to the forums but this was the first non-Intro thread that caught my eye. Absolutely fantastic although I could've sworn that Ad-brite had a minimum threshold before paying out. Perhaps I just haven't delved deep enough into my account...

 

there is a minimum threshold, you set it yourself in your account settings

 

Yeah I ran off and checked that myself last night before bed. I have set it set to $10 and I'm approaching that so yay.

 

They won't trick me. I fixed it with a minimum of $2K

I just started using AdBrite and they seem alright. They make nearly 40% of what Google gives me, so I guess they are good!

And the fact that you get to control your ads is pretty nice!
