I don't find it very impressive ...the colour combination is not much imressive....It don't looks professional.

 

Not best of the professional designs, but good enough to start your business.
You may redesign an year later after earning some profits.

haven't tried it but as whether or not the theme suits your purpose depends on what your priorities are. if you're planning to gain visitors through search engines, maybe it's better to get a SEO optimized theme and then just add the necessary plugins so that it will have the features as the theme above.
